Malibu Beach House

This classic Malibu beach house sits on a dramatic bluff overlooking the stunning El Matador State beach with views beyond to the sparkling Pacific and the nearby Catalina and Channel Islands. Rose gardens, long sweeping lawns and mature palm trees surround the house.

A spacious, open plan living area faces the ocean and wall length French doors open onto a “wrap-around” veranda. An impressive dual staircase leads to the bedrooms on the second floor. This house is beautifully furnished and equipped to the highest level with cherry wood floors throughout. A state of the art kitchen leads onto a dining room and outside veranda.

The luxurious pool area, complete with hot tub and sauna, is surrounded by a lush garden. A private, meandering pathway, complete with terrace and oversized couches on the way down, leads to El Matador State beach, one of the most pristine and secluded beaches in the United States.
