The Beach House

A brand new, beautifully renovated clapboard beach house with a large deck extending onto the beach itself. The house is funky and fun with two ‘pod’ baths on the outside terrace and a hot tub in the private back garden.

Cool, contemporary décor with lots of wood and a New England feel, the house is beautifully equipped and perfect for any season. Two large outdoor dining areas are available along with an open plan dining room inside and penty of relaxed sitting areas.

Light, airy bedrooms each with TV and DVD, iPod docking stations along with masses of bathrooms and shower rooms, it is perfect for large families or for groups of friends looking for a contemporary twist to the quintessentially English seaside holiday.

The house is situated on a little known strip of the Sussex coast, with the village of Angmering on Sea only a five minute walk where plenty of shops, restaurants, cafés and pubs cater for all your needs. Loads of sports and activities are within easy reach of the house and London only 90 minutes by car or train.
