Casa de la Contessa is set in a beautiful, totally secluded garden of 10,000 square metres and is situated in the old part of Sotogrande.  It is one of the oldest properties in the urbanization and was painstakingly refurbished by its present owner a few years ago.  The house has been featured in several magazines.  Built on a hill, it enjoys superb views across the Sotogrande estate to the Mediterranean Sea beyond.

You enter the property through a delightful patio. In addition, there are two large semi-covered terraces on the ground floor and one on the first floor. The large master bedroom on the ground floor has French windows onto the garden.  There are two further bedrooms with bathrooms on the ground floor, both with direct access to the gardens.  On the first floor are a further two bedrooms with bathrooms, one leading onto a large terrace with superb views to the port and sea.  The other one has its own balcony and spacious living and dining room.  The study has a widescreen TV and is decorated in a very special Moorish style

A feature of this villa is the salt-water swimming pool which overflows into a rock garden.  The pool house, with bedroom, bathroom and separate shower room, is ideal for a nanny or guest.

The live-in couple are delighted to welcome you to the house.   She cooks and cleans and, although he mainly looks after the garden and pool, he can also serve at the table.
