The Villa of La Residencia

Built in traditional Mallorcan style, the house was previously a private home and is built on three levels with stunning views over the village and towards the Mediterranean.

A large living area with open fireplace, dining room, dining terrace and fully-equipped kitchen occupy the middle level of this house. Downstairs, two double rooms overlook the infinity pool and sun terrace. The master suite, single bedroom and bathroom are on the top floor. Furnishings are traditional and create an atmosphere of cool Mediterranean living.

Pretty terraced gardens and the fabulous views make this a very special holiday home, not to mention the added bonus of La Residencia’s fabulous amenities, including a wonderful spa, tennis centre and restaurants (including El Olivo, arguably Majorca’s best restaurant).
