The estate is approximately 5kmx3km allowing complete privacy for guests. Central to the estate is a large historic manor house dating from the 1800’s, unused now but forming an incredible centrepiece to the dramatic scenery. Terracing surrounds the manor house with vines, citrus fruit groves and thousands of olive trees.

Built in traditional Mallorcan style with exposed beams and terracotta tiled floors, the villa has been sympathetically built into the landscape and has panoramic sea and mountain views. Elegantly furnished with various sitting rooms and TV area, all the bedrooms have marble en suite bathrooms and their own terraces with tables and chairs. The master suite has a Jacuzzi, dressing room and four poster bed.

A particularly lovely feature of this villa are the terraces and pool area, with teak sun beds with cushions, umbrellas and pool towels, where you can lie and enjoy the stunning sea and mountain views whilst being waited on hand and foot if you wish.

The outdoor shaded dining area has a marble table to seat 8 plus further casual seating on other levels. The BBQ and traditional Mallorcan stone oven surrounded by lawns give the finishing touch to this beautiful villa.

There is direct access to a beach from the Estate and numerous other walking opportunities.
