An original Mallorcan farmhouse dating back to the Moorish period with fabulous views onto the mountains of this picturesque side of the Island.

The property is on a lane just outside the pretty village of Biniaraix which is reached by the charming and vibrant town of Soller. It consists of a main house with two wings, separate cottage, swimming pool, tennis court and grounds made up of an orange/lemon tree orchard and general garden area.

The ground floor of the first wing is one main living room as is consistent with Mallorcean houses. The high wooden beams, stone floor and fireplace give it a genuine Spanish feel while the décor is a mix of good English comfortable sofas and local pieces. This room also contains the hi-fi system, with speakers which can be moved outside so one can listen to music while lying in the sun!

The second wing was most recently built but was designed to appear as old as the others. The main living room is like an English library and TV room with wooden bookshelves.

The cottage on the property set in the orange grove is charmingly furnished and is very suitable for grandparents or a guest cottage.

The large terrace beside the pool has a built-in BBQ with a shady pergola, which offers an alternative dining spot to the large stone table under the arches with seating up to 20.
