Standard Rate £3,000 Per night.
Christmas and New Year – a 50% surcharge is applied for a minimum booking of 7 days.
• Rate includes full board including island picnics and bush dinners, guided bush drives, community and school visits, laundry service, vehicles & boats (excluding fuel), limited babysitting service.
• Rate excludes return boat transfer (see below), all beverages, fuel for boat and vehicles and outsourced activities including diving, deep sea fishing and horse riding. A fully inclusive rate is available on request.

• Guests can be met at Vilanculos Airport by villa staff and transferred to The Lodge by boat (£120 per person each way)
• Visas can be obtained at Vilanculos International airport (US$25 per person), along with airport taxes (US$30.50 per person)

The Lodge

The Lodge nestles on the point of the beautiful and remote San Sebastian Peninsula and is set within 36,000 hectares of private land on the Vilanculos Costal Wildlife Sanctuary. Cut off from the chaos of modern life and untouched by tourism, it is ranked among the top biodiversity hotspots of Africa.

With breathtaking views of the turquoise Indian Ocean dotted with passing dhows, you will soon slip into the easy, foot-in-the-sand lifestyle. Pambele is a much-loved family holiday home and the staff treat guests with the easy friendliness typical of this part of Africa. With plenty of activities available using the Lodge's vehicles and boats, you can do as little or as much as you wish.

Daily menus can be discussed with the staff and picnics and romantic dinners on the beach can be arranged. The food is seasonal and there is always plenty of freshly caught fish, meat cooked on open fires and an abundance of fresh fruit, homemade cakes for tea and canapés before dinner.

The rooms are spread between four lodges giving loads of space and privacy to everyone and extra children’s beds can be accommodated. They all have indoor seating areas, private terraces and two have rope-hung daybeds and private plunge pools.

The owners of The Lodge are passionately committed to its conservation and preservation and are happy to show guests around the area and explain their conservation projects.
