This imposing walled and turreted casbah, built on a gentle hillside in the Atlas foothills has infinite views over endless Ourika Valley plateau to Marrakech and beyond. A world away yet only 30km from Marrakech Menara international airport.

From entrance courtyard with playing fountain into the important Moroccan hall where inspired design results in feature domed atrium and mosaic flooring. Symmetrical stone staircases lead to the principal tower bedroom suites with glass doors opening onto private terraces.

A formal dining room has additional guest kitchen facilities. A comfortable library opens to shaded seating and dining terrace. On the ground floor steps lead down to children’s play room with TV.

This is a large house, with plenty of room for everyone to find their own corner of tranquility.

Set within 2 hectares of olive grove and fruit trees, terraced plantings incorporate an infinity mosaic swimming pool (15m x 6m) with Roman entrance steps.

The staff have their own separate accommodation. They are highly trained, and charming the cook uses as many home grown vegetables as possible and takes huge pride in producing delicious meals.
