Villa Aquamarine

Villa Aquamarine is an impressive traditional south facing villa, situated on the Croatian island of Brac in a prime position on the Putinak and Ruzmarine peninsular on the South coast. The villages of Putinak and Sumartin are fine examples of the old Dalmatian architecture. Putinak is made up of beautiful stone summer houses and during the summer months there is a bakery and a local restaurant, Bilin.  

The villa is built on three levels on a headland of a small quiet bay and nestles in the pine trees. Built of traditional Brac stone, the house is arguably one of the nicest villas on the island and the aroma of pine is ever present.

Stepping down to the water's edge, Villa Aquamarine is perfect for fishing fans who can dangle their lines from the jetty. The covered dining terrace has fabulous views across to Hvar and there is a jacuzzi nestling under the trees in the lower garden area - have a relaxing soak while sipping your glass of wine overlooking the sea.

There are new beds in the 6 bedrooms (all with full view of the crystal clear Adriatic) with high thread count sheets and a variety of pillow styles to choose from (a good night’s sleep means a good holiday!), brand new sofas in the 3 sitting rooms with plasma TV/DVD's, 6 new designer bathrooms (Phillipe Starck white ware) with large bath sheets (no small towels here!) And Organic Olive oil soaps etc

The villa is fully serviced daily by a delightful English speaking team who will care for your every wish. Upon arrival you will be welcomed by the Villa Manager who will have everything ready for you complete with generous welcome pack including many local specialties. There is also an organic vegetable patch which you are welcome to use. 

A cook can be arranged for some or all meals if clients prefer not to make use of the kitchen where you will find 2 ovens, 2 fridges (+ a drinks fridge) and dishwasher. There are also charming local restaurants.

The resident boat, with licensed skipper, is available for rent on a daily basis with all the "toys" to use with it from "hot dog" to “Extreme II" as well as brand new fins and snorkels. There are new bikes also available for your use. A table tennis table can be found on one of the many terraces.
