La Terraza 

Located above the exclusive Marina Piccola beach area on the Eastern coast of the island, this villa has the most amazing view over the infamous Faraglioni rocks, the international symbol of Capri. Unusually for the Island, the villa has car access and a parking space but also has the local bus service just outside the front door and is within walking distance of the beach and of Capri town.

The property is divided into two separate annexes, each with two bedrooms and bathrooms and all opening out onto the sea view. It has recently been renovated and both units are immaculate and well equipped.  However the real feature of this house is its outside terrace which is huge and beautifully done making this the ultimate experience in outside living with one of the most stunning views in the world!

Different parts of the terrace house a bar and outside kitchen; another part has a wonderful dining area with seating for 8 under a white linen tent;   yet another has a seating area with attractive cane sofas and chairs with white cotton covers and a shady canvas awning to protect it from the sun. The pool is at one end with sun loungers and parasols and the whole is decorated with potted plants and palm trees.

Extremely private, this terrace cannot be seen from either below or above and is perhaps one of the most wonderful places on the island to host a party.
