Villa Lavande

A villa set in a private domain, high above the bay of Escalet, overlooking the vineyards and down to the sea.

The master bedroom is on the top floor. Very private, it opens on two sides to a large wrap around terrace and is comfortably furnished to provide outside sitting space. The three guest bedrooms have flat screen TV's and are spread over the other two floors, each having access to the terraces, gardens and pool. There is a further through room which can be used as an additional room to sleep a further 2 people.  This room has a double bed and contains access doors into other rooms.  It does not have outside space nor a window.

The house has been recently renovated to a high standard and is spacious and light with chic contemporary furnishings continuing out onto the pool area. A well equipped kitchen completes the ground floor.

There is a marvellous view over the vineyards and the woods down to the sea. Escalet beach is a 5 minute walk, albeit up quite a steep hill, and the trendy beach clubs of Pampelonne, only a 7 minute drive. The centre of St Tropez with the Place des Lices and the bars and restaurants of the harbour is a mere 10 minute drive.

This bijou villa is the perfect base for those who love the fun and glamour of St Tropez but who also desire privacy, peace and elegant living.
