Le Grand Chateau St. Tropez is in the heart of St. Tropez village between the famous Places des Lices and the Port. Tall palms elegantly line the drive that sweeps around the immaculate lawn, linking the grand four bedroom Chateau with the imposing four bedroom Villa. Both have extensive terraces, ideal for summer diving and lavish entertaining.

An overwhelming sense of tranquillity seems to envelop the entire estate. It is simply impossible to reconcile this exclusive seclusion with the buzz, excitement and glamour of St Tropez, just metres outside the front gates. Caves du Roy, VIP, Club 55, Nikki Beach, the chic shops, the glamorous yachts – all part of but totally separate to your private world.

The estate includes the listed Grand Chateau and La Maison d’Etoiles. Both have now been meticulously restored and your stay here is as simple or sophisticated as you wish.

Surrounded by soft grass of the magical landscaped garden (3,750sq.m.) the 16 meter pool is quixotically tempting. An outdoor lounge with oversize linen sofas and sun beds, a dining area and barbecue make this a wonderful place to spend the entire day. Additionally there is a more formal dining table set under an ornate gazebo draped with soft voile curtains.

As night falls, ornamental torches reflect into the fibre-optic-lit pool, creating the atmosphere of a magic garden. Throw a party, create a fancy dress ball, set a theme for dinner, the staff will make it happen, decorating the entire area to create a night of fantasy for two or 200 guests.

Le Grand Chateau has two, top-floor ateliers with exposed roof beams, oak floors and sensationally comfortable king-size beds draped with sheer curtains. Two, first-floor suites fill the entire width and depth of the Chateau. Full-height windows flood the rooms with natural light.

In La Maison d’Etoiles, each of the four suites has either a full-width terrace or doors that sweep open onto a courtyard garden. All of the suites have walk-in closets, marble bathrooms and levels of space that make them more like private apartments.
