Villa Negresco

Villa Negresco nestles on the hill behind the Promenade des Anglais only a short stroll away from the sea, beaches, shops and restaurants of Nice.

The house is beautifully light and airy due to the large traditional windows, with most of the bedrooms having French windows opening onto balconies. A lovely roof terrace, with spectacular views over Nice and the sea, is the perfect place for parties or receptions. The house is comfortably furnished in a modern classic style and has recently been redecorated.  It is well equipped with TV’s, DVD system and stereos etc. 

The lovely, mature, town garden has a large heated saline pool, superb barbeque area, and has kept many of the original trees which offer shady corners - an important feature.
