This 980-acre old plantation estate in the resort town of Ocho Rios has 5 luxurious sea front villas and an historic Great House. Eight Rivers, Frangipani, Wag Water and Somewhere Villa each have their own 1.5 acre garden, private pool, sun deck and steps into the sea while Frankfort has its own exclusive pristine white sand beach. Prospect Great House is 1 mile inland, perched on a hill 300 ft above the sea with a commanding view of the estate and the Caribbean. The friendly on-site managers greet all the guests and are happy to cater to individual needs. Guests can also enjoy the free use of the tennis court, jitney and horse back tours and preferential green fees at the golf and country club.

Somewhere Villa is nestled in the estate's lush tropical garden overlooking the crystal clear waters of the Caribbean Sea. The décor of this spacious four-bedroom villa blends perfectly with the natural surroundings. Two of the four bedrooms open onto a large living room, which leads out to an extensive covered verandah. The other two bedrooms open straight out to their own private patios with a covering trellis supporting overhanging flowering vines and a fabulous sea view.

Just a few steps from the villa will lead you down to the private swimming pool. Surrounded by the lush tropical gardens, the superb pool is a perfect suntrap overlooking the Caribbean Sea. There is also a poolside Barbeque.

Built in the traditional style, a large and airy living room provides all modern comforts: Cable TV, video/DVD, hi-fi, library and board games.
