Three secluded pavilions and guest cottage provide accommodation and living areas for up to 14 people in style and comfort. Beautifully furnished with many outdoor living areas, the house is hidden in 3 acres of lush, tropical gardens with paved paths leading past an aviary to the tennis court, winding round the house to the pool area with its fabulous views over the sea, on to a secluded hot tub, or down pretty paved and tiled steps to a fabulous, deserted, white powder sand beach for which Anguilla is so famous. A pretty gazebo is situated half way down, perfect for watching the sunsets or taking a refreshing cocktail in the middle of the day!

The main house provides the communal living area with lofty double ceiling space and plenty of luxurious inside and outside space to assemble groups large or small for cocktails, dining and relaxing. A study and a well equipped kitchen are also in this building.

The second pavilion holds three large air-conditioned double bedrooms, all en suite. The first floor houses the master suite with spectacular views through the huge window over the blue green ocean beyond. This suite also has a private terrace.

The third annexe contains three more bedrooms; a master suite on the ground floor complete with four poster bed, and two more bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs.

A guest cottage has another bedroom and bathroom, perfect for a nanny or teenager, and a gym is housed in yet another pavilion.

Fully staffed and beautifully presented this is a wonderful house for a family holiday or for a group of friends.
