This is just a selection of some of the villas
we represent.
We are constantly on the lookout for new properties
to add to our portfolio and are always delighted to look for that
very special house if you haven’t found what you are looking
for.
Properties are available throughout the year by arrangement.
We have a wealth of wonderful houses dotted
around the islands of the Caribbean sea. The pleasure of these islands
is in their diversity, their different personalities and changing
landscapes. From the plunging tropical volcanoes of St Lucia to
laid back Antigua and its 365 beaches; the chic Frenchness of St
Barth’s to the sophistication and exclusivity of Mustique;
from Jamaica, in all its verdant glory, to Bequia, small, discrete
jewel of the Grenadine Islands.
Our Caribbean pages show only a sample of
some of the wonderful houses available. We would be delighted to
help guide you in your choice of island and holiday home.
Anguilla
If beaches are your thing, Anguilla is close to paradise. There
are miles and miles of them, perhaps the most beautiful in the Caribbean.
Edged by an electric blue sea, blindingly white and so thick and
soft that you stumble through the sand in the cool of the early
morning, or you lounge to your heart's content in the heat of the
day. Anguilla (the ‘eel’) a tiny sliver of an island,
16 miles by 3, is the most northerly of the British Leewards and
is 5 miles from the French part of St Martin, where you can go by
ferry for a day of duty free shopping.
Antigua
Renowned for its 365 fabulous beaches, Antigua is charming and laid
back. It is still possible to find completely deserted white sandy
bays and crystal waters! There are loads of water sports and the
island is particularly good for sailing, Antigua also has some charming
places to visit such as Nelson's Dockyard, Shirley Heights and its
capital, St John's.
Barbados
Prosperous, genteel and proud, Barbados has some of the finest beaches
in the Caribbean and offers multiple activities including golf and
even horse racing! Some of the best known hotels in the Caribbean
are to be found on this island and the Christmas season sees a star-studded
guest list.
Bequia
The largest of the Grenadines, Bequia is stunningly beautiful. One
of the lesser known islands of the Caribbean, it offers peace and
tranquillity along with a spectacular coastline. Immensely popular
with yachties, Bequia offers all sorts of sailing and water sports.
Jamaica
A fantastically beautiful tropical garden, Jamaica is charismatic
and lively. One of the biggest islands in the Caribbean, it is roughly
half the size of Wales with the dramatic Blue Mountains providing
a stunning backdrop to the coast.
Mustique
Unquestionably, one of the most exclusive private islands in the world.
Sophisticated and chic, Mustique boasts some of the most fabulous houses to be found in the Caribbean. Holiday home to the rich and famous, it is nonetheless laid back, sedate and discreet.
The island offers pristine beaches, sport and leisure activities and a wonderful sense of exclusivity, peace and security.
There are 71 residences in the Mustique collection. Ranging from 2 to 9 bedrooms and with a range of architectural styles and interior designs. Each villa offers a dedicated staff and the opportunity to enjoy your family and friends or a romantic retreat for two.
Our Caribbean pages show only a sample of some of the wonderful houses available. We would be delighted to help guide you in your choice of holiday home.
St
Barths
Exclusive, chic, sexy and French-speaking St Barths is a tiny corner
of France. Great beaches and every water activity imaginable combined
with high fashion and fine dining create a Caribbean experience
all of its own.
St
Lucia
Lying between Martinique and St Vincent, this is a lush, mountainous
island with steep slopes covered in tropical vegetation. Pretty
beaches and hidden coves with sand varying from golden to volcanic
black dot the Island and there is an abundance of water sports available.
Turks
and Caicos
The Turks and Caicos consist of 40 different islands, only 8 of
which are still inhabited. Providenciales, or more commonly known
as “Provo”, is an area of 38 sq.m, surrounded by beautiful
white sand beaches and coral reefs ideal for underwater activities.
The most developed of the islands with all modern facilities, including
a casino and golf club where there is still a strong feeling of
the Caribbean to be found in the villages dotted around the island.
