An exceptionally attractive villa located in central Seminyak, off the main road at the end of a cul-de-sac. It is within walking distance to the shops and restaurants and a three minute drive from the beach.

This lovely quiet property is beautifully decorated and, like most Balinese houses, is a series of pavilions all inter-connected and surrounded by landscaped gardens. The bedrooms are all en suite.

The main house opens onto a large garden and pool with large outside sitting area to the rear. It has one master bedroom upstairs with TV and two downstairs bedrooms. A lovely sitting room, den and office space and two different dining areas make this spacious and comfortable. Adjacent to this is a guest bathroom with a corridor leading to the two guest annexes, both of which have one bedroom each.
