Karang Wira Estate

A cliff top villa with stunning views over the Indian Ocean, the house on Karang Wira Estate is situated only 20 minutes from the upmarket resort of Nusa Dua and 40 minutes from the sophisticated restaurants and nightspots of Seminyak.

The house was built in 2001 but has the feeling and ambiance of a colonial mansion. All the rooms are large and airy, with ceiling fans (air conditioning in the bedrooms) and tall windows overlooking green, tropical gardens.

This is a very special house, beautifully furnished by the owners with Asian antiques and porcelains along with contemporary art, loads of books and large comfy sofas.
An exceptional, large pool area has a marvellous open kitchen area with a tepinyaki table and plenty of space for al fresco eating. Next door is a pretty double pool house with double bedroom and en suite bathroom.

A lovely guest cottage with its own plunge pool is set away from the house and has an open sitting area and two airy bedrooms, both with their own bathrooms.

The gardens are vast and include a putting green, tennis court, pond for fishing and a wonderful array of tropical trees and flowers. The helipad is situated at the bottom of the garden near the sea.

The house features every amenity along with a wonderful team of trained staff. It is perfect for parties, family reunions and weddings and provides a haven of peace and tranquillity with all the luxuries of Asian living and service.
